Payment and shared space

Regular online appointments must be paid in full when booked. Parties and eligible private events require a deposit, with the remaining balance due two business days before the scheduled event. Deposits are nonrefundable. Approved booking credits expire 30 days after issuance. Scheduled studio time may be shared with other guests unless the selected package specifically includes private or reserved event space.

Regular appointments

Regular appointment payments are nonrefundable. Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start to receive booking credit. Credit expires 30 days after issuance; the replacement booking must be made before expiration, although the visit may occur later. Later cancellations and no-shows forfeit payment. Late arrival does not extend the scheduled ending time, and an appointment may be treated as a no-show after 15 minutes without contact.

Parties and private events

Party and private-event deposits are nonrefundable. Cancel at least seven calendar days before the event to transfer the deposit to booking credit. The replacement booking must be made within 30 days, although the replacement event may occur later. Later cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit. Any amount paid above the deposit requires staff review.

If Paint Playground cancels

If Paint Playground cancels a booking, the customer may choose a refund or full booking credit.

Using booking credit

Credits are tracked by Paint Playground, may be used only once, and show their remaining value and expiration in the booking record. If a replacement booking costs more, the difference must be paid. Contact 651-317-9393 before booking with credit so staff can verify and apply it safely.
